The challenge was to bring Claro and third-party services into a single ecosystem, building on the large Mi Claro user base and creating an experience designed to scale.

Wigilabs joined the initiative as Claro’s technology partner, working with the client and the different partners involved in the product. Priorities were defined jointly around internal needs, business goals, Claro’s requirements and third-party integrations, with user experience at the center of every decision.
