Authorization for the processing and use of personal data
In accordance with Statutory Law 1581 of 2012 on Data Protection and its regulatory provisions, I knowingly, freely, expressly and voluntarily authorize GLOBALSOFT WIGILABS S.A.S., identified with Tax ID 900.482.740-7, to collect, store, use, circulate, update, correct and otherwise process the personal data I provide.
This authorization covers the information supplied in physical or digital form and the information generated during my commercial, contractual, employment or service relationship with Wigilabs. Processing must be carried out in accordance with the purposes described in the company’s Personal Data Privacy and Processing Policy.
Purposes of processing
Personal data may be used to manage commercial, contractual, administrative, accounting and operational relationships; respond to requests and inquiries; deliver contracted services; manage suppliers, contractors, employees and candidates; send information related to Wigilabs services and activities; comply with legal and regulatory obligations; and protect the security of the company’s information and systems.
Data subject rights
As the data subject, I have the right to know, update and correct my personal data; request evidence of this authorization; be informed about how my data has been used; submit complaints to the competent authority; revoke the authorization or request deletion when legally applicable; and access my personal data free of charge.
I understand that answering questions about sensitive data or data concerning children and adolescents is optional. Wigilabs will process such information only when permitted by law and with the safeguards required for its protection.

Questions, consultations, corrections, complaints, revocation requests and deletion requests may be submitted through the contact channels established by GLOBALSOFT WIGILABS S.A.S. The company will process them within the periods and under the procedures established by Colombian law and its Personal Data Privacy and Processing Policy.
