Turning an operational process into a simple, traceable digital experience. Managing uniforms and workwear was essential to Avianca’s operation, but employees needed a more accessible and efficient experience.

The challenge was to centralize requests, make it easier to identify the right size and organize fulfillment according to each employee’s role and location.

Turning processes into digital experiences
Wigilabs worked with Avianca’s Workwear team to turn the process into a digital experience. Using Design Thinking, we built a product design system aligned with both operational goals and employee needs. We designed prototypes, refined user stories and delivered the solution through incremental releases and continuous improvement cycles.

The result was MiUniforme, a responsive web platform where employees can identify their size, submit requests and track orders from any device.
The solution did more than digitize the process: it improved operational efficiency, reduced sizing errors, increased traceability and provided better data for inventory planning. Employees gained a simpler, always-available and more autonomous experience.
