We developed a mobile application that helps users manage their Claro products and the acquisition of new services, increasing the engagement with the brand. Our agile methodology allows updates in the scope of the project and increases customer satisfaction, as the development process is divided in short development cycles to incorporate customer feedback and continuously improve the product.
