What is User Experience (UX)

Currently, user experience is one of the most important factors in capturing a user’s attention; it can determine whether they like us or not. As they say, first impressions are what count.

Let's not confuse UX (user experience) with UI (user interface)

One of the most common mistakes when it comes to design is confusing user experience with user interface design. The latter is about the user’s interaction with the content they find on a website or mobile app as easily as possible, about how they access information without much effort. Ideally, we imagine a child of just a few years old being able to access the content without any problems, although currently, I believe a 7-year-old would be better at handling a technological device than many of us.

User experience, on the other hand, is about ensuring the customer can easily use the platform, have a pleasant experience, and be satisfied with the navigation. Details play a fundamental role here, from the color of the buttons to their size.

Points to keep in mind for an excellent user experience:

Charging time:

Optimize your platforms’ loading times to the maximum. This motivates users to stay on the page and further demonstrates your ability to provide quality services.

Few steps:

Endless menus are over! The sooner information is accessed, the better.

Clear and valuable content:

The clearer the text, the more likely a user will return to your website or app for more information. It should be original and convey confidence.

SEO:

Including your business’s keywords in your content not only helps you rank, but also lets search engines know what your page is about and whether it’s quality content for users.
